Assalam Alaikom wa Rahamatu Allahi wa Barakatuhu,
The Imams Council of South Australia has officially announced that
the 1st of Thul-hijjah falls on Wednesday 28th May 2025.
As a result, InshaAllah, Thursday, 5th June 2025, will be the Day of Arafah (9th of Thul Hijjah) and therefore Friday, 6th June 2025 (10th of Thul Hijjah) will be the Day of Eid Al-Adha for the Year 1446H β 2025.
On behalf of the Islamic Society of South Australia, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to you and your families on the arrival of Eid.
May this Eid bring peace, joy, and unity to our hearts and homes.

The Islamic Society of South Australia is pleased to announce the Eid Al-Adha prayer will be held on Friday, 06 June 2025, InshaβAllah.
Prayer starts at 8:00AM
Venues open from 7:00AM
Eid Prayer Venues:
Marion Community β Hendrie St Reserve
(Corner of Duncan Ave and Hendrie St β 1 min drive from the masjid)
Note: There will be NO Eid prayer held at Masjid Omar Bin Alkhattab.
Elizabeth Community β Mofflin Reserve
(Corner of Hogarth Rd & Trimmer Rd – directly opposite from masjid)
Note: There will be NO Eid prayer held at Masjid Othman Bin Affan.
Wandana Community β Adelaide Super-Drome
(Adelaide Super-Drome, State Sports Park, 50 Anna Meares Wy, Gepps Cross SA 5094)
Note: There will be NO Eid prayer held at Masjid Abu Bakr Assidiq.
Important Reminders:
– Please come with wudu.
– Bring your own prayer mat and chair if needed.
